Instructions
- Prepare Milk Mixture: Rinse a small saucepan with cold water. Add milk, heavy cream, agar agar powder, and sugar. Stir and simmer gently without boiling.

- Set Panna Cotta: Divide mixture into molds and let cool to room temperature. Chill in the fridge for 6-8 hours until set.
- Serve: Unmold and top with mango sauce and fresh mango. Serve chilled.
