Churro Dough:
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water

- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 medium eggs

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Prepare Churro Dough: In a saucepan, boil water, butter, sugar, and salt. Add flour, cook until thickened. Transfer to a bowl, cool slightly. Mix in eggs.
- Pipe Churros: Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe churros onto a baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Air Fry Churros: Preheat air fryer. Bake churros at 360F for 13-14 minutes in batches.
- Coat Churros: Mix sugar and cinnamon. Toss baked churros in the mixture.
