Cauliflower:
- 1 large head cauliflower, chopped into small-to-medium sized florets (about 4 cups)
Batter:
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour, gluten free 1:1 flour will work too
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup buffalo-style wing sauce (I used Tessemae’s Buffalo sauce)
Instructions
- Prep Cauliflower: Wash and chop cauliflower into 1-inch florets. Pat dry.
- Prepare Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat cauliflower florets with the batter.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer. Cook cauliflower in batches at 400°F for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Toss in Sauce: After cooking, coat cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
- Re-Fry: Return cauliflower to air fryer and cook for another 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Serve: Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce and veggie sticks.
Notes
- Storage: After cooling, store in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
- Reheating: Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to restore crispiness.
