For the Salad:
- 5 ounces Albacore Tuna, drained
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro, fresh
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 cup Pico de Gallo
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Drain the tuna: Drain the tuna from the can.
- Mix tuna salad: In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir well.
- Prepare avocado: Peel and chop the avocado. Squeeze lime juice over it and lightly mash, leaving some chunks. Season with salt.
