  • 5 ounces Albacore Tuna, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Pico de Gallo
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna: Drain the tuna from the can.
  2. Mix tuna salad: In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir well.
  3. Prepare avocado: Peel and chop the avocado. Squeeze lime juice over it and lightly mash, leaving some chunks. Season with salt.
  4. Assemble the salad: On a plate, layer half of the avocado, half of the tuna mixture, and top with pico de gallo. Repeat for a second serving.
