Mushrooms:
- 1 lb. mushrooms
Marinade:
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Clean and slice mushrooms if needed.
- Prepare marinade: In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, and pepper.
- Marinate mushrooms: Place mushrooms in a baking dish, pour marinade over mushrooms, and stir to coat.
- Roast mushrooms: Roast for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Final touch: Garnish with parsley and serve.
