- 1.5 tbsp nut butter
- 1.5 tbsp shredded coconut
Rice Krispie Sushi
- 1 banana
- 1.5 tbsp nut butter
- 3 tbsp rice krispies
Instructions
- Prepare Bananas: Peel the bananas carefully and place them on a clean plate or cutting board to get ready for the toppings.
- Make Sprinkles and Chia Seed Sushi: Melt the dark chocolate gently and pour it over the bananas evenly. For the Sprinkles Sushi, sprinkle the sprinkles on top right after pouring the chocolate. For Chia Seed Sushi, sprinkle the chia seeds instead. Once topped, place these bananas in the refrigerator to let the chocolate set firmly.
- Make Coconut and Rice Krispie Sushi: Spread the nut butter evenly on top of the bananas. Then, roll the nut butter coated bananas in shredded coconut for Coconut Sushi or in rice krispies for Rice Krispie Sushi until well coated on top.
