- 1 overripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Place banana, oats, baking powder, maple syrup, egg, and cocoa powder in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Mix in chocolate chips with a spoon.
- Cook: Microwave for 1:30 minutes or bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 25 minutes. Check for doneness.
