Chipotle Mayo:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 1 tbsp Adobo Sauce from the can
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Lime juice, freshly squeezed
Instructions
- Blend Chipotle Pepper: In a small blender jar, combine chipotle pepper with adobo sauce, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and 2-3 tbsp of mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.
- Mix Ingredients: Combine chipotle puree with remaining mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
- Add Lime Juice: Squeeze in fresh lime juice and stir well.
