Egg Whites Mixture:

Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare Pan: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Use an ungreased 9 or 10-inch tube pan (Angel food cake pan). Do NOT grease the pan.

- Fill Pan: Pour the batter into the ungreased tube pan, spreading it evenly.

- Cool Upside Down: Invert the pan and let the cake cool upside down to prevent collapsing.
- Release Cake: Loosen the cake from the pan and invert it onto a plate.
