This Copycat Starbucks Turkey Pesto Sandwich features toasted ciabatta bread filled with savory deli turkey, fresh basil pesto, provolone cheese, and roasted red peppers. - 2 ciabatta rolls, sliced in half
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup basil pesto

- 2-4 slices provolone cheese
- ¼ cup roasted red peppers
- ¼ pound deli turkey meat
Instructions
- Preheat the panini grill: Set your panini press over medium heat and allow it to warm up. If your panini maker has a flat plate side, choose that for even pressing.
- Brush bread with olive oil: Lightly brush the outsides of both halves of each ciabatta roll with olive oil to ensure crispiness and golden browning.
- Spread pesto inside: Open the bread halves and generously spread basil pesto on the interior sides of both halves of the rolls to infuse vibrant herb flavor.
- Assemble the sandwich: On the bottom half, place 1 to 2 slices of provolone cheese followed by one quarter of the turkey meat. Add roasted red peppers on top, then cover with the top half of the roll.
- Grill the sandwich: Place the assembled sandwich on the heated panini grill and close the lid. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is warmed through.
