Filling
- 1 (8-oz.) wheel of brie
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted unsalted pecans
- 6 sprigs fresh rosemary, cut into 1″ pieces
Instructions
- Prepare the muffin tin and dough: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini 24-cup muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking. On a floured surface, roll out the crescent dough and press the seams together to create a single sheet. Cut the dough into 24 equal squares and press each square gently into the muffin cups, forming little dough cups.
- Add the filling: Cut the brie cheese into small pieces that will fit inside each dough cup. Place a piece of brie into each dough cup. Spoon a generous amount of whole berry cranberry sauce over the brie, then sprinkle chopped roasted pecans on top. Finish by placing one small piece of fresh rosemary on each bite for added aroma and flavor.
- Bake to golden perfection: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the crescent dough is puffed up and golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm or at room temperature.
