Description

This Crockpot Creamy Ranch Chicken is a comforting and easy meal that the whole family will love. Tender chicken breasts, potatoes, and carrots are slow-cooked in a creamy ranch sauce until perfectly tender and flavorful.

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Crockpot Creamy Ranch Chicken:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 Russet potatoes, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 oz can)
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Creamy Ranch Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch dressing mix.
  2. Layer Ingredients in the Crockpot: Place the chicken, potatoes, and carrots in the crockpot. Pour the creamy ranch sauce over the top of the ingredients.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  4. Serve: Serve the creamy ranch chicken with the sauce poured over the top. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • You can use regular carrots instead of baby carrots.
  • Any cream soup can be substituted for the cream of chicken soup.
