For the Crockpot Creamy Ranch Chicken:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 Russet potatoes, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 oz can)
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Prepare the Creamy Ranch Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch dressing mix.
- Layer Ingredients in the Crockpot: Place the chicken, potatoes, and carrots in the crockpot. Pour the creamy ranch sauce over the top of the ingredients.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
