Ingredients

Frozen Hashbrowns:

2 lbs bag of frozen hashbrowns southern style

Cream Cheese:

1 block cream cheese (cubed)

Cheddar Cheese:

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Bacon Bits:

1 cup bacon bits

Cream of Chicken Soup:

2 cans of cream of chicken soup

Garlic Powder:

1 tbsp garlic powder

Chicken Broth:

32 ounces chicken broth

Pepper:

1/2 tbsp pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients: Add all the ingredients to the crockpot and give it a good stir.
  2. Cook on High: Put the lid on the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.
  3. Blend Cream Cheese: After cooking, stir a few times to get the cream cheese to blend. Cook for another 30 minutes.
  4. Serve: Pour into soup bowls. Top with shredded cheese, bacon bits, and green onion. Serve and enjoy!
