Ingredients
Frozen Hashbrowns:
2 lbs bag of frozen hashbrowns southern style
Cream Cheese:
1 block cream cheese (cubed)
Cheddar Cheese:
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Bacon Bits:
1 cup bacon bits
Cream of Chicken Soup:
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
Garlic Powder:
1 tbsp garlic powder
Chicken Broth:
32 ounces chicken broth
Pepper:
1/2 tbsp pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add Ingredients: Add all the ingredients to the crockpot and give it a good stir.
- Cook on High: Put the lid on the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.
- Blend Cream Cheese: After cooking, stir a few times to get the cream cheese to blend. Cook for another 30 minutes.
