Pancake Batter:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Make the pancake batter: In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the middle and pour the milk, egg, and butter. Mix until smooth.
