Instructions

- Prepare Semolina Custard: Combine semolina, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Pour over the phyllo layers.
- Top with Phyllo: Add the remaining phyllo sheet, brushing with butter between layers. Score the top with a knife.
- Bake: Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Final Touches: Drizzle warm honey over the pie, sprinkle with sesame seeds, slice, and serve.
