Pancetta:

Herb Butter:

- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

- Pinch of salt

- 1 large baguette, sliced into rounds
- 3 peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 ball burrata cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Grill: Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
- Cook Pancetta: Cook diced pancetta in a skillet until crisp; drain on a paper towel.
