Egg Wash:
- 1 egg yolk, whipped with a fork in a small bowl
Seasoning:
- Salt + pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare dough: Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into 8 rectangles.
- Fill dough: Spread pizza sauce on one end of each rectangle. Top with cheese and desired toppings.
- Seal pockets: Fold dough over filling and seal with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash: Brush each pocket with egg wash.
- Bake: Bake for 12-17 minutes until golden brown.
