Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a large saucepan or pot of water with the chicken base. Add chicken breasts, bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Prepare the Chicken: Chop the cooked chicken into chunks, season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Make the Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, vinegar, and mayonnaise.
- Combine: Mix chicken, almonds, and green onions with the dressing. Adjust seasoning.
- Chill: Refrigerate the salad overnight. Drain excess liquid and add more mayo before serving.
