Main Ingredients:
- 80g / 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce (such as Frank’s or Cholula)
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes (adjust to taste)
- 2x Garlic Flatbreads
- 130g / 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce, or as needed
- 180g / 2 cups low-moisture Mozzarella, or as needed
- 12 slices Pepperoni
- Sliced Black Olives & Fresh Jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 220C/430F with an oven tray inside.
- Prepare hot honey: Mix honey, hot sauce, and chilli flakes. Warm and let it cool.
- Assemble pizzas: Spread pizza sauce on flatbreads. Top with mozzarella, pepperoni, jalapeños, and olives.
- Bake: Place pizzas on the hot tray and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Finish: Drizzle with hot honey and serve.
Notes
- Hot Honey: Infuse honey with chilli flakes for added flavor. Adjust spiciness to taste.
- Flatbreads: Use flatbreads around 210g/7.4oz and adjust toppings accordingly.
