  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 4 cups beef broth

For Serving:

  • 6 hoagie rolls
  • 12 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef: Place beef roast, sliced onion, onion soup mix, minced garlic, and beef broth in the Instant Pot. Seal and set to cook for 60 minutes under pressure.
  2. Shred the Beef: Once cooked, shred the beef.
  3. Assemble the Sandwiches: Serve the shredded beef on toasted hoagie rolls, top with provolone cheese, and melt the cheese under a broiler.
