Avocado Fries:
- 1 avocado
- 2 cups pork rinds
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs

Easy Lime Crema:
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Prepare Avocado: Slice the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, slice into wedges, remove skin.
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400F.
- Create Pork Rind Crumbs: Blend pork rinds to crumbs, place in a bowl.
- Set Up Dredging Stations: Prepare three bowls for almond flour, eggs, and pork rind crumbs.
- Dredge Avocado Slices: Coat avocado in almond flour, egg wash, and pork rind crumbs.
- Bake Avocado Fries: Bake at 400F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Prepare Lime Crema: Mix sour cream and lime juice.

- To make non-keto, use all-purpose flour and panko breadcrumbs.
