Salmon Bites:

  • 11.5 lb skinless salmon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Maple Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Pinch salt
  • Chopped parsley, to top

Instructions

  1. Cut and Season Salmon: Cut salmon into 1″ cubes. Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  2. Prepare Maple Glaze: Mix maple syrup, sriracha, crushed garlic, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cook Salmon: Heat a pan with olive oil. Cook seasoned salmon cubes for 8-10 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  4. Add Glaze: Lower heat, pour in maple sriracha sauce, and cook for 1-2 minutes, spooning sauce over salmon.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve over rice.
