Salmon Bites:
- 1–1.5 lb skinless salmon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Maple Glaze:
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Pinch salt
- Chopped parsley, to top
Instructions
- Cut and Season Salmon: Cut salmon into 1″ cubes. Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Prepare Maple Glaze: Mix maple syrup, sriracha, crushed garlic, and salt in a bowl.
- Cook Salmon: Heat a pan with olive oil. Cook seasoned salmon cubes for 8-10 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- Add Glaze: Lower heat, pour in maple sriracha sauce, and cook for 1-2 minutes, spooning sauce over salmon.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve over rice.
