Ciabatta Rolls:
- 6 count Ciabatta rolls
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
Egg Mixture:
- 6 count eggs
- 1/3 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Additional Ingredients:
- 6–8 count slices thick-cut bacon (applewood for best flavor)
- 6 count Gouda cheese slices
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Rolls: Preheat the oven to broil. Slice the ciabatta rolls in half, brush with melted butter, and toast under the broiler for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Prepare Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Monterey Jack Cheese, cream, salt, pepper, and parmesan. Pour into a muffin pan and bake at 350℉ for 18-25 minutes.
- Assemble Sandwiches: Place an egg on the bottom half of each roll, top with bacon and Gouda, cover with the top bun, and serve hot.
Notes
- If you prefer melted cheese, add it on top of the eggs before they finish baking, or use an Air Fryer to melt the cheese on the bun.
