Ciabatta Rolls:

  • 6 count Ciabatta rolls
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Egg Mixture:

  • 6 count eggs
  • 1/3 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Additional Ingredients:

  • 68 count slices thick-cut bacon (applewood for best flavor)
  • 6 count Gouda cheese slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Rolls: Preheat the oven to broil. Slice the ciabatta rolls in half, brush with melted butter, and toast under the broiler for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. Prepare Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Monterey Jack Cheese, cream, salt, pepper, and parmesan. Pour into a muffin pan and bake at 350℉ for 18-25 minutes.
  3. Assemble Sandwiches: Place an egg on the bottom half of each roll, top with bacon and Gouda, cover with the top bun, and serve hot.

Notes

  • If you prefer melted cheese, add it on top of the eggs before they finish baking, or use an Air Fryer to melt the cheese on the bun.
