Ingredients

2 Peaches or Nectarines, sliced or diced (about 2 cups)2 cups strawberries, halved or sliced
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
Herbs and Liquids
2 Tbsp. fresh mint, finely sliced or minced2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
1 tsp. honey or agave
Instructions
- Combine the Fruits: In a large mixing bowl, add the sliced or diced peaches, strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries. Gently toss to mix the fruits without crushing the delicate slices.
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice and honey or agave until fully combined and the honey is dissolved.
- Dress the Salad: Drizzle the lime and honey mixture over the mixed fruits. Gently stir to coat all the fruit evenly, being careful not to smash the peaches.
- Serve or Store: Serve immediately for the freshest taste, or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for 1-2 days. For optimal flavor, enjoy within 1-2 hours of preparing, as the fruit will begin to soften.
