Frozen Whipped Cream
- 1/4 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
Pumpkin Pie Martini
- 2 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1 1/2 oz. aged rum
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, plus additional for garnish
- Handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- Chill Martini Glasses: Place 2 martini glasses in the freezer to chill while you prepare the cocktail and whipped cream.
- Prepare Frozen Whipped Cream: Line a small sheet tray with parchment or waxed paper. Make 2 dollops of whipped topping or whipped cream and place in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Make the Martini: In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla vodka, aged rum, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, half-and-half, pumpkin pie spice, and ice cubes. Cover and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until well chilled and mixed.
- Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glasses. Top each glass with one piece of the frozen whipped cream. Sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice on top for garnish and serve immediately.

- For a richer texture, use full-fat whipped cream and half-and-half.
- Adjust the maple syrup to taste for preferred sweetness level.
- Ensure the whipped cream is properly frozen to keep the cocktail cool longer.
- Use fresh pumpkin puree for the best flavor, or canned 100% pumpkin if fresh is unavailable.
