These Slow Cooker Asian Meatballs are a delicious and easy dish perfect for both appetizers and main meals. Tender meatballs are coated in a flavorful Asian-inspired sauce and cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.

Meatballs:
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen, fully cooked homestyle meatballs
Sauce:
- 1 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger OR ginger paste (or 1/2 teaspoon dried ginger)
- 6 cloves garlic (minced, pressed, or paste)
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
Garnish:
- sesame seeds & sliced green onions
Instructions
- Prepare Slow Cooker: Spray the slow cooker insert lightly with cooking spray. Add the frozen meatballs to the slow cooker.
- Make Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and sriracha. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and mix well.
- Cook: Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or until meatballs reach 165°F internally.
- Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions for appetizers. For a meal, serve over rice with extra sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds.
