Instructions
- Cook Noodles: If using uncooked noodles, boil them in salted water. If using pre-cooked noodles, skip this step.
- Prepare Sauce: In a saucepan, combine broth, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, and Sriracha. Cook until well combined and slightly thickened.
- Toss Noodles: Drain cooked noodles and toss in the peanut sauce. Serve in bowls and top with green onions, cilantro, and peanuts.
- Serve: Squeeze lime juice over each serving and garnish with additional lime wedges, Sriracha, or chili oil if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
- A little note about Sriracha levels: adjust according to personal preference for spice.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 3-4 days.
- Sautéing garlic and ginger before making the sauce enhances the flavors.
- If the sauce thickens, add a little broth to loosen it up.
- For extra peanut flavor, add an additional tablespoon of peanut butter.
